This point-of-sale and SaaS business is based in the US; I produce digital content for their UK market. This includes:

  • Researching and writing B2B blog articles and a lead-magnet guide for the restaurant industry.

  • Localising industry reports for the UK: copy editing, sourcing relevant data, case studies and product links.

  • Updating articles with up-to-date research and optimising them for new keywords.

  • Writing conversion-focused copy for landing pages and retargeting emails.

I worked on the B2B content marketing programme for this organisation over several years, which included:

  • Conducting market, audience and competitor research to refine personas.

  • Article ideation to create middle- and bottom-of-funnel content to attract and nurture prospects.

  • Liaising with the SEO consultant to create detailed briefs for journalists, targeting specific keyword clusters.

  • Managing the full production process: editing articles to adhere to strict brand guidelines, selecting supporting assets, writing meta content, and uploading in the CMS.

  • Optimising the content programme to improve efficiency and maximise ROI.
