Owned by Andrew Lloyd Webber, LW Theatres is a group of six iconic West End venues.
They wanted to overhaul their pre-show emails, redesigning them from scratch to be best-in-class. I structured and wrote the copy for a series of three emails, sent 4 weeks, 2 weeks and 1 day before the show. I prioritised clarity, as it’s essential that recipients can quickly and easily understand key information ahead of their visit.
Working closely with the designer, I laid out and formatted the information so it could be gleaned at a glance. I wrote concise and engaging copy, balancing the brand's personality with accessible language for a diverse, international audience.
