Joss Search is a specialist recruitment agency for the Alternative Investments sector with a desire to publish valuable insights for employers and candidates.
To create in-depth reports, first I liaised with stakeholders and developed the structure. Then I conducted independent research, analysed survey and CRM data, and wrote the report copy. Lastly, I collaborated with the designer on the final details.
Salary Survey
For this year’s salary survey, Joss Search wanted to produce an in-depth report into the impact of Covid-19 on salary and employment trends.
I combined quantitative and qualitative data analysis with market research to produce clear and concise insights into an unprecedented year.
Diversity & Inclusion Report
Joss Search asked me to create their first ever D&I report, which would challenge the lack of diversity within their sector.
I consulted on the survey, then analysed the quantitative and qualitative results to pick out the key themes. I combined these insights with the latest research on D&I to create a compelling case for hiring a diverse team and fostering an inclusive environment.
